Although our evening, ended very early this morning, we were determined not to let the New Year's Day escape. I wanted to get out and get some fresh air and enjoy a nice walk. The weather was still cool and damp, but in the mid 30'sF. So, we enjoyed a leisure morning before making our way to Swansea and onto Mumbles (home of Catherine Zeta Jones).
It was a beautiful drive, along the Gower Peninsula. Once we got closer into Mumbles, the homes were very beautiful, a very affluent area. For New Year's Day, we were surprised on how many people were out and about enjoying the day, walking their dogs. A very nice man volunteered to take out picture. Since most of our pictures just looks like we went on vacation ourselves, we were happy to accept.
