Mid morning, we made our way to
Hampton Court Palace, most known for its famous resident Henry VIII. Beautiful gardens surround the Tudor palace, which I can only imagine are just exquisite in warmer weather. We had the opportunity to walk through not only Henry VIII's Apartments, but also William III's and Mary II's Apartments.

There are more than 60 acres of gardens that run down to the River Thames, including the oldest and largest grapevine in the world, more than 230 years old.
