We traveled the entire island from the North Cape to the East Point to West Point to the Southernmost Tip seeing many lighthouses along the way. Of course one of our favorite stops was Anne's Land. Here is a picture of t

Green Gables movie that Matthew rode. When we traveled to the North Cape we were able to see the wind farm. During an energy crisis in the 1970s, the federal government set up a wind power test & research site here since it being one of the most consistently windy locations in Canada (note our hair). You are able to see the wind farm in this picture.
The eastern most point of the island where the tides of the Northumberland Strait and the Gulf of St. Lawrence meet. A beautiful, most serene place. We both plan to visit this island and this area of Canada again.
