With map in hand, we set off to discover what Charleston had to offer. The city itself is quite easy to navigate and everything is within a short or somewhat-short walking distance. The cobblestone streets and sidewalks brings you back to an earlier, simpler time. The old and historic architecture mixed with the new makes everything so intriguing.

And, then we saw it...a great, big Pineapple Fountain at the main entrance to the park.
Charleston's Pineapple Fountain represents the welcoming hospitality the city is so well known for. It is my "Bean".
